Each construction project is unique, depending on the Owner's needs, project requirements and parameters. As your
     Construction Manager or General Contractor, CAI brings years of experience to your project, and we are supported
     by a team of established, well-qualified subcontractors with whom we have nurtured relationships – some spanning
     three generations. We have also developed alliances with a group of talented consultants. All of these connections      enhance the professional services we are able to offer our clients.

     This project delivery system differs from the traditional design-bid-build format, where the Owner has no construction      professional input during the design development phase. As your Construction Manager, CAI joins your team early on,      ideally during the design phase, as an integral member. Our role is to coordinate and communicate the entire project      process utilizing our experience, skill and construction knowledge to clarify costs resulting from design decisions as well      as their construction feasibility. We also manage the bidding, award, scheduling and construction phase of the project.
     Our objective as your CM is to minimize project risk, time and cost while maintaining quality, function and aesthetics.

     As your General Contractor, we are your builder not your broker. We employ our own team of qualified craftsmen in order      to maintain quality control over the work that is performed. Our team includes an experienced staff consisting of estimators,      schedulers, procurement specialists and project managers who work seamlessly with our field personnel of seasoned      superintendents and tradesmen. CAI as your GC will provide the day-to-day oversight of the project, management of      vendors and trades, and communication of information to involved parties throughout the course of a building project.      Depending on the project delivery method, the CM or GC may submit a fixed price proposal or we may opt to utilize the      competitive bid method, cost plus price for your project.
