CAI's Southeast Division, established in 1992 and licensed in North and South Carolina, undertook its first project at Kinston Regional Jetport in North Carolina. The renovation of this airport terminal marked the first stage of the North Carolina Global Transpark, a master plan developed to revolutionize transportation in the South. The successful completion of this project provided CAI with a solid foundation to establish itself in the area.
